PS 9 is an open-choice elementary school with a strong emphasis on the arts. At the heart of our school community is the PTA, which is dedicated to empowering families to use their “VOICE”—Vision, Opportunity, Independence, Collaboration, and Expression—to help create impactful and enriching experiences for our students, staff, and families.

Through a wide range of school-wide, community, and family-centered initiatives, we strive to foster meaningful engagement and strengthen the bonds that make our school community thrive.
